So I used to use this thing just to post pictures of what I liked. However, today, I feel like I am going to make this a blog about the process of losing weight. I am 18 years old and about 260 lbs. Some say I don’t look like it, but I sure as heck can feel it. With that weight at that age, I’VE GOT TO DO SOMETHING. I love who I am just not what I see therefore, I want to be the change in myself. Plus I’ve got so much to look forward too. Marrying my best friend, having kids; I want to be a decent size for all of that….So I will be doing a step by step process. Right now I am starting with words of motivation just to get me going and then I am giving myself four months to lose about 25-30 pounds…Maybe less because that is a big number, but I am going to lose weight. I plan on tracking every day on how I feel, how my progress is and posting pictures that motivate me. I believe that, for my future, I need to be healthy, and expressing how I feel and telling everyone how I am doing, seems like a great idea! Maybe it will benefit some of you! Here’s to four months of losing weight and many more months of the same thing. Cheers!
